This was my first time buying watch from Chrono so I was a bit sceptic about the actual condition of the watch, seller put up video on youtube and showed every detail of the watch. The watch was received in 2 days and turned out way better than expected. Def come back for future purchases.

Mixed feelings. Excellent communication and delivery. A great looking 1603. Dial, bracelet, case, all in very good condition, in accordance with description.

However, the movement was is terrible shape and needed immediate service (no oil), winding was not smooth (due to dust) and the hands were misaligned and slightly touched the indexes. This is contrary to ‘very good’ condition, leading me to believe that their quality control was not on spot.

On the plus side, they offered to service it with a one year guarantee (shipping at their expense, naturally). They also offered a discount. I chose the latter, and handed it to my local service center.

All in all, still a good purchase. The poor quality control was compensated by their efforts to make it right.
